Project & CMA Reports For Business Loan
CMA Data
CMA Data means Credit Monitoring Arrangement data. As per RBI guidelines, CMA data is required for Project Loans, Term Loans, and Working Capital Limits. This data is to be provided by a company to the bank for getting the loan from the bank and every year, for renewing or enhancing their existing bank loan.
Projection or Projected Balance Sheet
A Projection or projected balance sheet indicates the expected future changes in the financial statements by considering future investments, equity financing, and the remaining liabilities. Usually, businesses tend to prepare a projected balance sheet in order to make strategic decisions.
Both CMA data and Projection are vital documents for the loan proposal to the Bank.

Project Report & CMA
There are two types of reports for business loans: Project Report and Credit Report.
The project report is a detailed document for a business loan. This document gives information about the nature of the business project and the reasons for taking a loan from the bank. This report provides potential lenders with information about the viability, profitability, and potential risks of the business. Whereas, the credit report assesses the creditworthiness of the business. This report provides information about the business's credit history, payment patterns, outstanding loans, and other financial indicators.
